That was my first reaction upon discovering the not so new open source presentation tool, Prezi. It was fresh and exciting! I couldn’t wait to try my hand at creating something different, so I dug in, learned the basics within a couple of hours, and created my first presentation. While it wasn’t mind-blowing or grandiose in its creativity, I thought it was a pretty decent first attempt and a definite departure from the mind-numbing, bullet-riddled presentations that most of us sit through in any given meeting. We’ve all been there – you walk into that conference room and as soon as you see that laptop/screen combo, you groan a little inside.
